My History
As a descendent of Swedish and Norwegian heritage, my grandparents set the stage for investments and adventure into the unknown. At a young age, I learned about managing farmland as a land owner in North Dakota leveraging our mineral rights. I embraced my passion for design, luxury aesthetic and strategic relationships throughout a philanthropic, volunteer experience with The Junior League of Manhattan on the Home Design Committee - partnering designers, architects and brave home-owners/art collectors to share their homes for a good cause. With my business acumen, desire to connect with the community and roots in conservative money management I seek for individuals to reach their goals and make judicious investments for their future.
My Principles
Born in Barrington - an upscale suburb of Chicago - and growing up in Minnesota I was raised in the Midwest. My life was grounded in strong values, work ethic, family, faith and close friendships. My father instilled a diligent work ethic which has carried its way throughout my career. My mother has been the foundation for my family and is grounded in class, manners and an excellent upbringing. Intrinsically I believe in the value of "Minnesota Nice," but know how to persevere across a multitude of environments- whether an international negotiation in Hong Kong, with a CFO in South America or a Fortune 500 company in America.
